you give to Distinct Website Designs will be held with the utmost care and will not be
used in way that you have not consented to. This website does not use cookies for information gathering.
The Way Information Is Used:
The information you provide when filling out forms is used only for the purpose that the form was intended. The information you provide on the Website Design Inquiry Form is used only for the purpose of providing you with the best estimate possible for your website design.
When you place an order for any of my services, you can rest assured that I do not and will not share this information with any outside parties. I hate SPAM, too.

Terms & Conditions for Web Design Services
Once you decide that you want me to design or redesign your website, the process begins and I try to make the process as easy and painless as possible. Generally, it works like this:
- The Website Design Inquiry Form is the beginning of the website design process. This is where I take the information that you provide and brainstorm on concepts.
- I'll put together 2 different concepts for you to choose from based on the information you provide.
- All your requirements and requests are then written up in a Contract for your review.
- The Contract will contain all the details of your design including payment milestones. Nothing will be left out. If you want something specifically outlined, please let me know.
- Once everything is agreed upon, the Contract is signed and a deposit is required.
- Work begins.
- At each project milestone, I will place your website–in–progress at a location where you can view it online to see how it's shaping up. This will not be within your domain yet until it's completed, however, it will give you the opportunity to see it as it progresses.
- At each milestone, you will have the opportunity to make any changes or suggestions.

- All Payments are handled through PayPal. You do not need to have an account to use PayPal.
- All the products mentioned are available through download only after purchase has been made.
